2012 ICF World Cup Men's Prelim Results - Pigeon River
- Wednesday August 29, 2012
The 2012 ICF Canoe Freestyle World Cup moved to the Pigeon River in Hartford, TN for the second series. The event is hosted at the awesome NOC outpost and camp, which has the feature right beside it making it very convenient. The Pigeon River feature is a very retentive hole and allows for HUGE air and the whole playbook of tricks.
After 11 heats went off like clockwork, it was the first round winner Peter Csonka sitting at the top with a huge score of 2588. The Pigeon hole allows for some massive points. Dane tore it up as usual and ended up with a score of 2476.
Here are the top 5 results. Check out http://jacksonkayak.com/blog/2012/08/28/31788/ for additional results, commentary and photos.
