2012 Canoe & Kayak Awards

The paddling community came together in Salt Lake City for the inaugural 2012 Canoe & Kayaks Awards, presented by Zeal Optics. Over 12,000 votes were cast for the following categories: 

- Male Paddler of the Year

- Female Paddler of the Year

- Expedition of the Year

- Movie of the Year

- Reel of the Year

- Paddle With Purpose

- Lifetime Achievement
