Check out this cool edit where the Demshitz rendezvous in the pristine lands of the Pacific Northwest USA for a week of Stout running. This is a 17 minute video that includes runs on 70' Toketee Falls in southern Oregon, 50' Upper Lewis Falls in southern Washington, 80' Metlako Falls on Eagle Creek in Northern Oregon, and The Little White Salmon River in southern Washington.

Jamison Evans brings us a great video of him and friends doing a run down the Laurel Fork of the Doe. This is a great run in a beautiful gorge that is completely isolated and pretty much only accessible by kayak. Check it out.

American Whitewater has been working with Duke Power and other partners to provide recreational releases on North Carolina's West Fork of the Tuckasegee River since 2000. They have agreed to 7 releases per year for 30 years. Thanks so much to all involved and check out the video of this new run.
