Kresh Productions brings us another great whitewater kayaking edit. This time, the action is on Upper Big Creek in North Carolina. Mitch, the man behind Kresh says that this is one of his new favorite runs and is similar to the Green. Check it.

Chris Gallaway of Rapid Transit Video brings us a cool whitewater kayaking video called Two Days in September. This vid takes a look at two different rivers in Western North Carolina: one a traffic jam on a steep creek flowing brown with dam released water and the other a clear fall day on mountain rivers that ran brown from tannins leeched out of the autumn forest.

Somos del Rio is a film about the struggle between energy development and the preservation of Patagonia's pristine and free flowing watersheds. A group of expedition paddlers and filmmakers will travel to the Patagonian wilderness to immerse themselves in the life that these endangered rivers support.

The Alseseca Race is held on the Alseseca River in Veracruz, Mex. Dane, EJ, Nick, and Clay all headed down to meet up with JK team member Rafa Ortiz and take part in the race. They ended up with an unbelievable showing, taking the top 5 spots. Congrats!

Kresh Productions brings us another great edit. This one is of the man behind the camera, Mitch Bearden's winter break this year. Mitch did some whitewater kayaking at Eternity Hole, Sweetwater Creek, Columbus Whitewater Park, the Iceman Race and he did some climbing at Stone Summit. Cool stuff.

Check out this video of a kayak trip in Italy-Austria in May 2012. This section of the river is called Salzachofen. While beautiful, it presents dangers just like all whitewater rivers as you'll see when you watch it. Talking some SERIOUS downtime...

Check out this epic whitewater kayaking video by Cloud Level Media. In the fall of 2011, 10 kayakers set out on an adventure to run the Gunnison River in Black Canyon National Park. Follow along with their adventure through intense rapids in this 2000 ft gorge.

David Cohen and friends hit the Chatfooga Sections 00 and 0 on what he believes is the first legal decent of these sections since the law was changed. The rapids and the scenery look awesome and it's fantastic that boaters can now enjoy it.

Check out a video by Rob Leines of some whitewater kayaking action on Suck Creek. This class V'ish run is located just 15 minutes north of downtown Chatanooga and looks like tons of fun. Check it.
